Advertiser terms
These terms apply when you book a billboard or other advert space in InsideLife through our advertiser page. They add to our terms of service and privacy policy. "We" means Cleset, the company that makes InsideLife.
1. Who can book
You must be 18 or older and have the authority to book for the business you name. The business details you give us must be true.
2. What you book
- A booking is for a named board (and face, where a board has more than one) for the days you choose. Prices depend on the type of board and how busy its road is, and are shown before you pay.
- Your advert appears to every player who passes the board. We do not guarantee a number of views, and the view counts we report are estimates.
3. Your artwork
- Every advert is reviewed by our staff before it goes live. We may reject or remove an advert that breaks these terms or the law.
- Your advert must be true, not misleading, and legal in Nigeria. You are responsible for any approval Nigerian law needs for it, including from the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) where that applies.
- You must own or have permission to use everything in it, including logos, photos, music and the names or faces of people.
- We do not accept adverts for: gambling or betting, alcohol, tobacco or vaping, weapons, adult content, illegal drugs, money-doubling or investment schemes, loans that break Nigerian lending rules, or anything aimed at children that is not suitable for them. We may add to this list.
- You give us a licence to show your advert in the game and in reports to you for the length of the booking.
4. Payment
- You pay in naira by card through a licensed payment provider when you book. We never see your full card details.
- A board is held for you for a short time while you pay; if payment does not complete, the hold ends.
5. Refunds and cancellation
- If we reject your advert before it runs, and you do not send a new one we can accept, we refund you in full.
- You can cancel before your booking starts for a full refund, less any fee the payment provider keeps. Once a booking has started it cannot be refunded, except as below.
- If your advert is not shown for days you paid for because of a fault on our side, we refund those days or add the same number of days.
- If we remove an advert because it breaks these terms, we do not refund it.
6. Responsibility
You are responsible for your advert and for any claim that it breaks the law or someone else's rights, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs from such a claim. As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned.
